Discovering a Region with a Variety of Landscapes

The protagonist of this story tells us that everyone in our region has grown up going to pick wild mushrooms and asparagus or using different herbs for cooking. Herbs, aromatic plants and other ingredients that he, precisely, as a professional biologist and the botanist at El Celler de Can Roca, carefully selects to incorporate into the Roca brothers’ three-star menus.

Evarist March is also the manager of Naturalwalks, a company specialising in ecotourism activities with a very clear goal: to explain to visitors the link between what we are like, what our culture is like, what the local people are like and what the surrounding landscape is like.
